Ian's first career was as a farmer in South Otago, now he brings that background together with careers in technology and business to help companies and founders realise their goals. He has 30 years’ experience in the life sciences, information technology, agriculture, gas and television production industries — holding a range of executive and management roles. He headed technology company Fronde as its Chief Executive Officer for eight years and was CEO at life sciences company ADInstruments Ltd for four years. Since 2016 Ian has been an active angel investor with Flying Kiwi Angels, involved with mentoring founders and participating in due diligence teams.
