Kylah Morrison
Partnerships Manager
Kylah Morrison is the Partnerships Manager at Sprout Agritech, where she's all about building meaningful relationships that drive real results for entrepreneurs, academics and corporates alike across the agritech, foodtech, and innovation sectors.
Her day-to-day involves everything from engaging with partners across Sprout’s innovation ecosystem, to designing bespoke advisory services for partners and organising Sprout's annual Partner Summit. She's particularly focused on building authentic partnerships with Māori enterprises and ensuring Sprout's work aligns with Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
With over 20 years' experience spanning private companies, indigenous organisations, not-for-profits, and start-ups across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom, Kylah has deep expertise in future skills development, the energy transition and corporate governance.
Kylah holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and Master of Engineering Management from Canterbury Uni. She's also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Recognised with multiple awards, including a 2019 Telstra Business Women's Award and 2020 UN Gender Equality Award, Kylah excels in building powerful collaborations that drive sustainable innovation.
