Eitan is a multi-disciplinary entrepreneur with experience in Aquaculture, Aerospace, Web B2C and IT sectors. In 2011 he co-founded Latimeria Ltd. (Israel), a biotechnological aquaculture company, that developed advanced fish breeding centres for the production of fingerlings, based on a proprietary and innovative system. He was the CEO of the company since its foundation and until 2019.
Since then, he has been the Head of Aquaculture at Copia Agro and Food Technologies Fund (Israel). Alongside his role at Copia, Eitan is an Aquaculture Start-up and Innovation advisor at Roda International (Spain), a leading seafood commerce company. He is a mentor and business advisor for two technological start-ups in the fields of HR tech and logistic tech.
