Marie holds a Master's degree in Flavor Science, Sensory Analysis, and Consumer Research, and she has worked for the last 10 years for Nestle Research and Development in Switzerland and France, with a strong focus on dairy products.  Marie played a critical role in bridging the gap between consumers, science and marketing, helping to translate concepts and ideas into commercially viable value propositions.

Having recently arrived in New Zealand, she has a deep passion for innovation and product development, and is eager to make a positive impact in the agrifood sector and help drive sustainable growth.
